1 Introduction
Good morning, ladies and gentleman,first of all,I’ll introduce our team members to you. Kevin,Nigel and I-Sam. what we’re going to talk about is
China KFC.Right We’ve divided our presentation into four parts. Let’s look at the PPT.They’re brief introduction、time line、products and Summary. Now I’ll speak to the first part--- brief introduction of ChinaKFC.
2 The body of your presentation
KFC, also known as Kentucky Fried Chicken, is a chain of fast food restaurants based in Louisville, Kentucky. It belongs to Yum(百勝餐飲集團) .The company was founded as Kentucky Fried Chicken by Colonel Harland Sanders in 1952。In 1987, it opened its first store in Qianmen Beijing, the capital of China. In 2015, it has over 1800 restaurants in 400 cities in all Mainland China's provinces other than Tibet. From 2000 to 2015, it was selected as the "Best chain store brand." Nowadays it has over over 3200 restaurants in 500 cities in all Mainland China's provinces other than Tibet. Ok, now, I’d like to hand over to Kevin he’s going to tell you about the time line .
1952 Sanders begins actively franchising his chicken business by traveling from town to town and cooking batches of chicken for restaurant owners and employees. The first to take him up on the offer was Pete Harman in South Salt Lake.Together, they opened the first “Kentucky Fried Chicken” outlet ’s hard work on the road begins to pay off and there are 400 franchise in the US and Canada. restaurants worldwide with sales of more than $2 billion. after being stricken with leukemia. Flags on all Kentucky state buildings fly at half-staff for four days. released its new logo which is colored. and Pizza Hut - into Tricon Global Restaurants(Yum! Brands). 1

Ok! Now let me introduce the products of KFC .I have n,o doubt that everyone here has every gone to KFC to take meals. But how many kinds of products you can illustrate. Well, as far as our Chinese market ,there are more then 100 kinds of products and as time goes on, new products come out constantly .So it's very hard to estimate how many kinds on earth. The products of KFC fall into five major categories: staple foods, side dishes, sweetmeats, beverages and some others.For example, the staple foods contain Mini burger, Extra_Tasty Crispy burger, Mexican Twister and so on.The sweetmeats consist of Egg Tart,Ice Cream Cone, Sundae so on and so forth. Beverages cover Milo, Lemon Tea, Pepsi Cola and hot milk. The core of the KFC's products is fried chicken. However,all of the products are well received in the Chinese market because of its good taste. With the competition of other companies such as McDonald's,KFC brings out different kinds of products to cater different kinds of customers. For instance, family big box is for a family, students set is for children or students and nutritious breakfast is for workers have no time to cook. With all of the popular products ,the KFC occupies the Chinese fast food market all the time.
3 conclusion
Maybe, some people will ask why KFC can win the customers' high praise and gain more of the Chinese market in fierce commercial competition. As far as I think, the China KFC's success lays on its localization strategy and innovation which our Chinese fast food companies need to learn.

(1) Could you tell me how many employees work in your company?
OK, there are about 200,000 employees in our company.
(2) Could you tell me how KFC is actually organized?
That’s a good question, but I need to think about that. Could we come back to it later?
(3) Could you tell me a little bit more about your product line?\services?
Well, we primarily sells chicken pieces, wraps, salads and sandwiches. While its primary focus is fried chicken, we also offers a line of grilled and roasted chicken products, side dishes and desserts.
(4) I’d like some information about your company’s turnover(營業額) last year.
Our company’s turnover last year is about 2 billion $.
(5) What’s your market share（市場份額）?
Our products occupy about 36% market share in Chinese fast food market area.
(6) What do you think of Chinese\ XX market?
That’s a good question ,I think Chinese market is a very wide and prospect.
(7) Could you tell me your recent development in Chinese\XX market?
Our development in Chinese market is rather good. Recently we have Launched(推出) a few to
new products and they are as well as popular.
(8) Facing fierce competition, what measures has your company taken?
That’s a good question ,we’ll Launch a few to new products every once in a while and try our best to satisfactory our customers. Constantly changing business strategy.

Firstly, I see the company's optimistic about the prospects for future development .Secondly we’ll offer our customer more better and individual service for our intention. Lastly, we’ll Look for more partners to Expand the development of the company.

Let’s turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. A reasonable salary is of course the most important factor in job satisfaction.In many people’s minds,an ideal job is first of all a well-paid one, which makes the employee feel that he is fairly rewarded for what he has done for the company.Another important element of job satisfaction is the nature of the job itself. Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee’seducation,skils and interests.Finally,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-ma-ki-ng process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion..
Let’s leave that there, now, let’s come to the last part: how to achieve job satisfaction. for an individual employee,finding the right job and trying to stay positive minght be the first step towards achieving job fulfillment
and satisfaction.
I’ll briefly summarize the main parts. Let me just run over the key points again. Firstly,the importance of job satisfaction;secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.
In conclusion, job satisfaction plays an important role in the company and individual.It is the key index to influence the company performance.So we should try our best to achieve it.

Hello, everyone~ my name is Popo, and today I’m gonna talk about Couch commerce, which is a new phrase for all of us.
Comscore , a very famous market research company in USA, recently published a report which shows nearly half of tablet ['tblt] users are shopping online using them. Tablets will not replace computers, but they provide a much more enjoyable environment for content editors and merchants to catch users’ attention and transform them into couch-buyers.

Couch commerce refers to the phenomenon of people doing their shopping using tablet and smart phone devices. The term "Couch commerce" is derived from the fact that many people will be sitting on their couch (or in the bath, or outside on the balcony, etc) while they do their online shopping this year. 沙發商務指的是人們用平板電腦和智能手機購物的現象。“沙發商務”這個詞源于（也可用Originate in）很多人網上購物的時候都是坐在沙發上（或者浴室、陽臺等）。
With the introduction of the iPad from Apple, tablet sales have skyrocketed over the past couple of years. Online retailers have jumped on the bandwagon by introducing versions of their online storefronts that cater to people who use tablet devices.

It’s about business, not technology. We can describe this context as couch-browsing, and by extension describe the act of browsing a catalogue or shopping through a tablet app as couch commerce.
這跟技術無關，這就是生意。我們可以把平板電腦用戶的`這種體驗稱為“沙發瀏覽”，推而廣之，坐在沙發上通過平板電腦上的應用程序瀏覽購物目錄或者進行網購就可以稱為

But , couch commerce is different from e-commerce and m-commerce, due to the context['kɑntkst]: Users are not sitting at a desk, nor on the street nor in a coffee bar. They are comfortably installed in the most welcoming furniture of their home: the couch. Browsing a catalogue on your couch puts you in a very different state of mind than at a desk or in public transportation. You feel relaxed and confident. What better state can a merchant hope for?

The main content of the project：The topic of the business English is about the charity party which had held in HK. And my group chosed to hold the summary of the meeting after the charity party. The meeting mainly divided into Summary of charity, The division of personnel, Bill of material, Creative interpretation, Emergency treatment and the CEO speech. And there also have a host in order to complete a meeting.
Summary of charity, The division of personnel, Bill of material, Creative interpretation, Emergency treatment and the CEO speech of six corresponding position as planning manager, personnel manager, purchasing manager, innovation planner, public relations and CEO.
Planning manager is on the summary of the charity party, including process and details. Personnel manager summary the personnel distribution, including the media, sponsors and community group assignment. Purchasing manager is in charge of list the material in the charity party, specific to each item price, quantity, and then determine the total cost. Innovation planner summary the new ideas and report the survey results of guest satisfaction for each activities in the charity party. Public relations to summary emergencies which happen in the charity party and show us how to deal with unexpected events. CEO summary the charity party and point out the advantages and disadvantages. Host is to insure success of the meeting.
Design Purpose: Hold a meeting to summary the charity party and include the work of various departments. And show the details of the activities which are hold in the charity party. In order to show details of a charity event to the classmates in the form of meeting.
Design Concept: Performance took summary form in order to show more details of the charity party clearly. Although meetings can not be held as lively as performances, but meetings can show more content about the charity party. Due to the 2
charity party is supposed to hold in HK, we took summary form so that show more details to prove it was held in HK. For example, most of the charity parties which are held in HK may invite many stars to put on performances, and we can show that we indeed get this point through the personnel distribution.
Final effect: Showed the details of charity party and the summary meeting to teacher and schoolmates completely, achieved the target of design concept. But our formulations were lack of skill lead to audiences could not learn the key points from the conversation. In a word, we had great cooperation each other and were skillful in performance. At last, we completed the project successfully.
